Eric Seifert is the founding partner of Good Hope Advisors. He’s also the lead advisor and client liaison for GHA. He has a background of 15+ years on Wall Street managing short-term sales cycles, bringing in new business, developing profit-generating assets and generating revenue while managing a portfolio of private clients and banking deals. Additionally, he’s helped fund deals in the green energy, private aviation and broadband market spaces, among others.

A few years ago Eric made the successful transition to an advisory role in the HVAC, Plumbing and Mechanical Contracting mergers and acquisitions space. He’s taken on roles – big and small – in a number of deals totaling more than $200M and counting.

Eric’s experience has been working directly with owners, private/public buy-side and sell-side parties, financial institutions, and private equity groups.

He’s positioned Good Hope Advisors to provide a suite of services including prospecting, consulting and management throughout the entire lifecycle of the transaction process. This enables GHA to create synergistic partnerships, recapitalizations, mergers, acquisitions and equitable exit strategies for clients throughout the residential and commercial contracting marketplace.
